Procurement Analytics (PA) is a corporate management outsource provider specializing in Procurement and Strategic Sourcing in both above and below the line initiatives.  One of its main tools is a zero based budgeting methodology.  PA's platform is to transform companies, through the findings and discoveries of a Detailed Spend Analysis, into higher performers by improving their profitability via lowering costs and improving processes.  Through its highly experienced corporate side expertise, "non-core" competency issues are taken off a client's plate.  Corporations can put their full focus on their core business while lowering costs and elevating their service levels.  PA will demonstrate that they will truly be your partner, and not serve as just another business relationship or project management firm.  PA also offers clients a variety of procurement services (click here to view comprehensive list of services).  What makes us different is that we employ two specific service categories:  those whereby the savings are guaranteed up front through contractual agreements pre-set with suppliers or those that are process driven which would involve an agreed upon fee schedule.  Assignments may be project or retainer based.
