Robert Santoli, who founded Procurement Analytics, a new consulting firm that offers a host of services including one that leverages Commercial Spend through consolidation strategies and value engineering.   PA will embark on a deep financial dive which utilizes a detailed spend analysis on all commercial expenditures and strategic contracts.  Using a zero-based budgeting methodology, PA will
contractually guarantee to the client, up front, major dollar savings.

Specifically focusing on corporations with spends on POS materials, media and advertising production or agency retainer contracts, Procurement Analytics provides a powerful level of practical
corporate side experience, RFP implementation, know-how, contacts, negotiating skills and confidentiality.  Neither triple bidding nor e-auctions can leverage anywhere nearly as effectively as Procurement Analytics will demonstrate.  The delta in triple bidding is often confused as savings, that being the difference between the high and low bidder.  Although helpful, this is usually "cost avoidance" and not necessarily savings.  PA will offer clear metrics to prove out how real savings are identified.  Consulting with PA is a professional, no-risk way for clients to reduce procurement costs whether using an in-house approach (infrastructure and processes setup) or considering PA as your dedicated outsource.

If the service being chosen involves guaranteed contractual reduced pricing, PA is only paid for their services as a small percentage of client company savings, not the spend.  The client has literally no out-of-pocket costs to reap the benefits of huge returns.  Their only commitment is to share the detailed spend for the last 12 month period for a confidential review.  A Non-Disclosure Agreement will be signed if the client feels it's necessary.  PA is confident that what is presented back to the client will be so attractive, that if the client decides not to enter into the Agreement, there is absolutely no charge for the analysis and work done to that point.  The entire cost benefit breakdown is free.  Additionally, before entering into any agreement at this point, the client will be invited to visit the chosen suppliers and see their operation for the final go-ahead if they so choose.  Clients literally have nothing to lose and everything to gain.  The strategies employed, coupled with long-term strong direct
manufacturer relationships maintained by PA, will save the client anywhere from 20% - 50% of identified category spends via low cost fixed pricing per client specs regardless of the quantity.  It's a win-win business relationship.  Retained services fees are negotiable and depend on client goals (see Services).
