PA's services are divided into two categories: the first grouping are opportunities and savings that are guaranteed up front with a no cost Spend Analysis. The second grouping refers more to process improvements and infrastructure setup, either on a project or retained fee structure.
Guaranteed Contracted Savings Up-Front
Group One Services *- This includes either renegotiating or initiating contracts:
- Standardized POS pricing.
- Advertising Agencies and reducing "non-working" spend.
- Media Buying Services - going direct to media companies.
- Promotional Agencies - redefining scope, coverage of work and fees.
 - Standardizing large volume direct spends - (i.e., leases, computers, furniture).
- Shipping and Fulfillment Center.
*The fee for a service from the above grouping comes from the savings achieved through contract negotiation.
Group II Services*:
- Detailed Spend Analysis (only).
- Strategic Sourcing and Procurement as a complete outsource.
- Value Engineering.
- Infrastructure Setup and processes.
- On-demand web based POS menu for Field Sales.
- Operational Synergy.
- Public Relations.
- Promotional Creative Services.
- Far East Sourcing (time constrained).
*Any of the above services chosen also includes post Management Services covering monitoring, auditing and compliance on the new processes and their results.
